Hey, my name's Ron, and I JUST moved to Myrtle Beach in September of '07, from New Orleans, Louisiana. About that - GO, VISIT, EAT, and ENJOY the Big Easy! It's still one of the most beautiful and unique cities in America, and they're more than prepared for tourists to visit. Nothing that folks have loved about New Orleans for decades has changed... the food, the jazz, the history, the sights... it's all still there. So go.

Now, back to me... I grew up not far from here - Augusta, Ga., to be exact, so moving from Louisiana to South Carolina, near my family, excites me. I'm basically just a single sports nut who loves to take road trips, watch ball games, cook out, camp out, hike or go canoing. Other'n that, I'll be on the beach (finally getting a tan) or bouncing around the various clubs and restaurants on the Grand Strand!
